"This whole experience felt so shady..."
This whole experience felt so shady that I’m still annoyed just thinking about it. I reached out to support and basically got ignored, which made it feel even worse. At this point, I’m completely done with this brand and I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

"Tracking was "pretty useless""

"Kind of regret buying this"
I’m not feeling great about this purchase. It showed up in a really thin bag, and the box inside was bent up and covered in dust. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed with at least a little care. The items themselves seem okay, but the whole thing felt cheap and kind of careless. Definitely not the first impression I was hoping for, and I’m already wondering if I should’ve bought something else

The return itself was easy enough to get started, so I’ll give them that. But the refund took longer than I expected, and what was frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was actually responsible for moving it along. I felt like I was just waiting around without a straight answer on who owned the issue.

I ordered this dress because the colors on the website looked so bright and pretty, and I was already picturing wearing it out to dinner or maybe to this outdoor thing my friend keeps trying to drag me to. But when it arrived, the colors were way more muted in person, and the fabric didn’t look quite the same either. The fit was actually okay, so it wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, but I definitely felt a little misled by the pictures. For the price, I just expected it to look a lot closer to what was shown online

"Discount code was a total joke"
This whole thing was annoying. I got an email with a discount code, found a few things I actually wanted, and then at checkout the stupid code wouldn’t work. No real explanation, just a bunch of random exclusions like they were making it up as they went. By the time I messed around trying again, the promo was gone. Feels like these clowns dangle discounts just to get you on the site, then make it a pain to actually use them. I’m not ordering from them again.

"Good variety, but getting transferred was annoying"
They’ve got a good variety of styles, which I liked, but some of them were just way too loud for me. Also, I had to get transferred around when I had a question, which was kind of frustrating. Not a bad experience overall, just not everything was my taste.

I’m happy with the clothes overall, but the delivery was kind of hit or miss. My order showed up maybe a few days later than expected, and there weren’t really many updates in between. Everything arrived fine, so that was good, but I’d say the tracking could definitely be better.

The replies from support felt really generic, like they weren’t actually looking into my case. It took way too long to get any kind of answer, and even then, it didn’t really solve anything. I ordered from desigual.com and the confirmation email showed up quickly, so that part was fine and I appreciated not having to wonder if the order went through.

"Nice jacket, but the duties caught me off guard"
I really like the jacket and the shipping was decent, but the extra import duties and taxes were more than I expected. I checked the receipt and the confirmation emails since I thought I might’ve missed something, but I still wish it had been clearer at checkout. Overall not a bad experience, just a little frustrating for an international order

“I'm so grateful that I used Pay Pal for my purchase. Pay Pal is really reliable when it comes to these things. They will contact the vendor and if the vendor fails to respond within 3 days, Pay Pal will refund your money and charge it back to the vendor.”

“They will eventually refund your money, but it might take a long time. You will probably have to consistently follow up with them. I did receive a refund for a pair of boots I purchased, but it took 2 months, 5 phone calls, and a dozen emails. Good luck!”

I bought a pair of boots from store in Ottawa, Canada. One of the buttons has fallen off. Can your company send me or the store a replacement button. There were blue angle boots. Company bought from is 3 Trees, 202 Main St, Ottawa, ON Canada K1S 1C6 613-230-0304.
